Programme & Cost Management
We oversee the delivery programme and maintain rigorous cost control throughout the construction phase, monitoring progress, managing change and making sure the project stays on time and on budget
Development Finance Management
With funding drawn down and obligations live, we manage the reporting and compliance requirements of the development finance facility, providing lenders with the transparency they need while keeping the project moving forward
Occupier & Tenant Coordination
Where projects include lettable space, we manage the occupier relationship through the delivery phase, coordinating fit-out requirements, progressing Agreement for Lease obligations and ensuring a smooth transition to occupation


Completion
Completion Management
We drive the project through to practical completion, coordinating the supply chain, managing the snagging process and making sure all contractual and regulatory sign-offs are in place before handover.
Handover & Operations
We manage a structured handover process, ensuring occupiers, operators and asset managers have everything they need from day one. That means the right documentation, warranties, training and operational information delivered properly, not as an afterthought.
Project Recovery
When projects run into difficulty, whether through contractor insolvency, programme failure or cost overrun, we step in to stabilise the situation and find a viable path to completion. We have direct experience of managing contractor administration scenarios and bond recovery processes.
